Water Well Solutions has extensive experience in the age old art of Cable Tool Drilling. This equipment allows for the least invasive technique for reconstructing water wells with an existing structure in place. Water Well Solutions currently employees (3) three Cable Tool Rigs operating year round rehabilitating wells thought to be a lost cause.
Sand production is a very common contamination to cause the shut down of an otherwise productive well. Through the use of Swadge Liners, Wire Wrapped Screens or one of the other successful products for water well repair that we employ such as Aquastream® Suction Flow Control device, we can successfully and permanently solve sand issues using these water well repair products. Water Well Solutions is pleased to be the exclusive provider of the Aquastream® technology in the Midwest for water well repair. Water Well Solutions has also patented the EPIC® water well repair procedure which involves the innovative use of the Aquastream® for correcting water quality issues.
Most recently Water Well Solutions worked with a client in Iowa where they were experiencing an undesirable water quality issue causing a productive well to be taken off line. In reviewing downhole video logs, Water Well Solutions determined they had a breech in their casing at a depth of over 800 ft in a 2,000 ft. well. The cost for well replacement was estimated at over $1.2 million dollars. Water Well Solutions's Project Engineers were able to utilize the Swadge Liner Technology to pin point place a stainless steel repair sleeve over the compromised casing completing this water well repair. This innovative technique not only worked 100% in stopping the influence of the contaminated water through the breach in the casing, but also saved the client $1.1 million in well replacement costs all by utilizing Water Well Solutions' water well repair services.
